What should I wear?

The Pastor wears jeans and a t-shirt. Don't dress up.

What if I don't know how Church works?

We specialize in helping people who have never been to Church. For example, when the Pastor quotes the Bible, he gives the page number so you know how to use it. We also have a help desk if you have questions. A lot of people at Revolution never attended Church regularly before.

How long will the service last?

Services typically last an hour and twenty minutes.

I've never been part of a church where people were so raw and honest. The vulnerability allows community and real relationships to be built...that's been a significant part of my spiritual growth since coming to Revolution.

Will I have to stand up and introduce myself?

No.
Definitely not.
That would be weird. But, if it's your first time you can stop by the coffee-bar and get a free drink!

Is the music loud?

Yes. Earplugs are available.

What's a service look like?

Typically we'll start with four songs. Most people sing along when they get to know the songs.
Then, some announcements.
We talk about the offering but don't pass a bucket around.
Then the sermon (teaching) by Pastor Jeff.
And that's it. We're done!

I love revolution church because we all are one big messy family. In all our flaws and shortcomings we show each other love and forgiveness. When the times are hard we don't give up but continue to show the Love of our Lord. Experiencing that type of love from a human shows us how much Jesus loves us and that's where our hearts change.
